Stacie Constantine
community-builder, strategic thinker, researcher, social marketer, web master, project manager, and creative
She brings people together to work towards social and environmental goals, and uses marketing strategies to get there.
Stacie has ten years of experience with environmental project leadership, from demonstration gardens to native plant restoration projects. In all of her projects, she strives to build community by involving volunteers, building the core group of participants, creating partnerships, and educating the broader public, so that the effects of the projects are long-lasting and inclusive.
Her business, Inclusive Crow, works primarily with nonprofits, to provide fundraising assistance, volunteer coordination, environmental expertise, and collaborative group facilitation. In today's economic situation, these activities often hinge on an organization's ability to market itself to an audience, and generate revenue that support its initiatives. She has worked in this capacity with the brand and marketing team for Kimbercote Farm, a rural community centre in the Grey Bruce area.
Stacie has a background in English Literature (HBA) and the Restoration of Natural Systems (Dip.RNS), as well as two years in Ecology at the University of Guelph. Her ability to emphasize common visions within a group allows her to pull ideas, expertise, and resources together strategically in order to focus on larger goals and objectives. She follows through by designing workplans and budgets that let a community's projects move forward effectively. At all times she creates an atmosphere that embraces challenges and celebrates success.
